Taking 6 weeks off from surfing this summer was NOT my plan.
Sometimes the Universe swoops in and forces her hand. In this case, and often, it was very unexpected and very “annoying”.
Have you ever been MADE to rest by the Universe and just felt…annoyed? Or impatient? Or in some way, like I just CANNOT, I DO NOT have the time for this?
I bet. Our world, our mothering, birthwork, life….does not leave time for rest.
And if we stress about rest, it’s just another thing we pile on.
What’s one solution?
Feel into your body and see what’s there. Is there anywhere that feels tired, overworked, stressed or anxious?
Tune in and ask. Can I help you? Would you be open to me seeing you?
It might sound crazy but our body knows what it needs. We just have to ask.
And when WE consciously make time for rest and repair and renewal, it could be that the Universe doesn’t have to force her hand as much (this can often be getting sick or having something else happen that forces our bodies into a break).
Rest doesn’t have to be lazy. Rest doesn’t have to be scary or stressful. But it might bring ALL of those things into our awareness.
We will be exploring all the sensations and beliefs that come up in YOUR body.
There’s about a week left to join Catch Your Breath Club with the discount of $111.

See you there.
