Do you crave any of these in your life?
There are so many words for what you might eventually experience in your body during this month long program to give you the space and the tools to “catch your breath.”
I created this because I regularly hear the opposite words expressed as I hold space for women:
- Exhausted
- Depleted
- Unsupported
- Alone
- I’m so Tired!!!!!
- Worn out
- Can’t take a breath
Most women I support are vastly under-supprted in their lives. Sort of as a rule, which is definitely a commentary on our modern lives. These are amazing women, some mothers, who are living from moment to moment just CRAVING a break they don’t know how to get.
These women….and maybe you too…are exhausted…and depleted. It’s not nutritional. It’s a deep tiredness that comes from not paying attention or thinking we have the time to give ourselves.
The Catch Your Breath Club is about exploring what our bodies are saying when we slow down. During our time together, we will confront the need for rest and rejuvenation when the mind says we can’t have that.
We will be together in a safe space where anything is welcome. All of the answers are inside of you and your body is the Wisest thing you own.
- But until you take the time to STOP. Be slow. And lean in together to what’s there….
- You will not know this wisdom, or what’s next or how to handle the ups and downs of daily life.
- You will (probably) feel pretty alone and unsupported and unsure of what to even do about it.
I know you need to catch your breath and I’m making the virtual space for this before or as (many of you) get back to the hectic rhythm of school and activities and busy.
Busy is a choice in the mind. But the body needs rest.
Come and make this space for yourself.
We will meet as a group of women 4 times in the next month. Come live, and/or watch later.
Here are the meeting times. All meetings are 1 hour. Saturday September 6, 13, 20 and 27 at 7 am HST.
You will be shown practices and tools that you can take out into your real life.
