I want to live my life to the fullest.
I want to have energy to do the things I Love (surfing takes considerable energy).
I want to be emotionally available for my husband and kids.
I want to be in the healthiest body.
Maybe some of these things are important to you too.
Without knowing how much “room” you have in your system for allll of these things, you might overdo it.
Or under-do it.
It’s not sexy or cool maybe but until you listen to your own body (which may surprise you) you will be running your life out of your head.
The head doesn’t tell us or ask us to rest.
The body does.
This is one of the themes of my Catch Your Breath Club. We meet in September and if you make THIS space in your life…
Who knows what you are capable of.
