Yes it’s been a while.
Excuse my hiatus while I have been morphing, transforming and rebuilding my life. Oh, and I wrote a book about learning to surf. To be released soon.
Many of you know my life has slowed down, it’s changed. No more babies, no more birth attending (for now) and a focus on ME. What my body needs, what my spirit needs….
And so my podcast took a break while I was with myself. And my family, and the Ocean.
I finally had some stuff I wanted to say, yes about this dumb freebirth thing (it’s not really dumb, if seen as a collective switch up) but also about dreaming together for the future.
Because I’m not I ever did, but I sure don’t have any real answers about the times we are in except take care of you, and listen to your own truth.
